Job Description

Embark on an exciting journey as a Sales Order Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in our sales organization. In this role, you'll help ensure seamless order processing and deliver exceptional service to our valued customers, utilizing a variety of communication channels to guide them through their inquiries and transactions.


As a Sales Order Coordinator, you'll facilitate customer orders and inquiries through web chat, text, phone, and email, providing expert assistance in navigating our website, placing quotes and orders, and troubleshooting issues. You'll also play a crucial role in registering and activating online customer accounts, as well as providing knowledgeable responses to questions about products, pricing, availability, and order status. Additionally, you'll proactively engage with customers through outbound calls to provide updates on order status and ensure timely service, while meticulously maintaining customer contact information in our CRM tool. With your dedication and expertise, you'll help us uphold our commitment to excellence and shape the future of telecommunications.




- Bachelor s Degree preferred; High School diploma required.

- 2+ years of continuous experience in a customer service or sales role within the telecommunications industry.

- Skilled in multitasking across phone, ERP, web browser, chat, text, and email.

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (including Teams and Excel).

- Minimum Typing Speed of 50 wpm and over.

- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills and time management skills.

What does the interview process entail?

If you’ve applied online and been contacted for an interview, a Recruiter will then meet with you in person or virtually to review your job history, skill strengths, education and career goals to determine what type of clients and/or positions you’d be right for.

How long does the interview take?

Each interview is unique to the individual but can typically last 10-20 minutes. To facilitate the process of getting started, we ask that you please fill out the entire application online before coming in for your interview.

What happens after our interview?

After the entire interview process is complete, we actively search for positions that best suit your needs and skills. In addition, we recommend that you call your local branch weekly when you’re available for assignments.

How should I dress?

Your appearance will be critically important in your job search. First impressions are important when interviewing in our office, virtually or at the client site. Dress requirements for each assignment will be addressed with you prior to your start date and will typically mirror the company’s dress code policy. To this effect, your Recruiter will define what appropriate means in advance of any job.

Am I allowed to work with other employment agencies as well?

You do not need to work exclusively with Newegg Staffing while you are signed on with us. However, we do ask that you keep us posted whenever you’re available so that we can keep you working continuously.
