We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inventory Control Associate to join our dynamic team at our 3PL warehouse. As an Inventory Control Associate, you will be responsible for managing inventory accuracy, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring efficient operations within our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with inventory using a PDA/RF scanner in a warehouse setting. Forklift certification for a Cherry Picker and the ability to work comfortably at heights of 24-30 feet in the air is essential.
Shift: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and timely inventory counts using PDA/RF scanner technology
Conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and reconcile any discrepancies
Monitor stock levels, identify shortages or excesses, and collaborate with the procurement team
Maintain organized and efficient inventory storage areas
Perform inventory adjustments and maintain proper documentation
Assist in receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments
Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and safety regulations
Operate a forklift (Cherry Picker) to retrieve and store inventory in high bay racking systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inventory management processes
Assist in the implementation of inventory control initiatives and process improvements
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of inventory control experience in a warehouse setting
Proficiency in using PDA/RF scanner technology for inventory management
Valid forklift certification for a Cherry Picker with demonstrated experience
Comfortable working at heights of 24-30 feet in the air
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with inventory control systems and warehouse management software
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
High level of reliability and accountability
Physical ability to lift and move heavy items when required
A genuine love for stuffed animals and creating unique, memorable products for customers.
