The position is responsible for all aspects of purchasing and support operation order processing; will work closely with our vendors to ensure accurate shipping schedule, communicate regularly with carriers and internal team, review shipping documents. Qualified candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail and organization. Responsibilities:
Purchasing planning: review sales forecast and inventory level
Process purchase order to supplier; shipping schedule confirmation
Work closely with freight forwarder and our shipping department to ensure timely delivery of products; communicate any delays or changes.
Match POs to receiving record for posting AP invoice into SAP (ERP system)
. Maintain accurate record of shipping schedule change: Track and arrange import ocean container shipments
Assist Weekly / Monthly report: Sales Forecast, Upcoming shipment, Product Review or cost analysis.
Order fulfillment: review weekly batch key account order, with inventory availability, and recap to internal team
Support daily operation related to: prepare sales quotation, process customer orders, coordinate inventory availability and fulfillment, Daily Sales Report, and Return RMA.
AR/AP invoice posting and document preparation related to international trade
Other administrative or operation duties as needed. Qualifications
Candidate must be U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
Bachelor Degree in Business related field Minimum 1-year experience related to Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operation
Self-motivated problem solver, detail-oriented, organized
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and spreadsheet skills Bilingual English & Mandarin Wholesale, Retail, or distribution related industry experience
