General Overview:
Implements QA for engineering activities and QC for production/manufacturing support
2. Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting engineering/quality teams
Plan and Execute review of testing Activities for development and conformance
Develop detailed test plans for all phases of product testing
Develop test strategy, test cases, review results
Participate in Bill of Design assessments, CTS, DFMEA, PFMEA, DVP&R, CTR, etc
Provide analytics from tests conducted and historical data
Develop, maintain, and enhance technical documents, templates
Create test development schedules and test execution schedules
Investigate test failures through data analysis and risk of failure in the field
Support warranty claims for internal information
Responsible to identify and assess potential risks in design/manufacturing that could impact customer quality
Interaction with the engineering team, quality dept, manufacturing and production
Perform capability studies, gage R&R
Root cause analysis methodologies and prepare quality documents
QA during product development/R&D QC support during manufacturing and production
Knowledge of PPAP, APQP and other quality validation processes
Review and implementation of customer requirements SOR or Technical specifications/requirements
Coordinate engineering and pre-production builds

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with QA/QC, validation, testing, product development
Education Requirements: BS or equivalent engineering degree/no degree with sufficient experience
